Strategy & Media Planning

Audience, channel, and budget are defined before spend begins, against a cost target agreed with the client — not fitted around results after the fact.

A media plan built on the audience and the numbers, not the platform.

Every engagement starts with who the campaign needs to reach, which channels can reach them at a viable cost, and what a conversion is worth to the client’s business. Only then does a budget get allocated.

All services
01

Audience research

Existing customer data, competitor positioning, and platform signals are reviewed to define who the campaign should reach and where they can be found.

02

Channel selection framework

Candidate channels are scored against expected reach, cost, and fit for the client’s vertical, rather than defaulting to whichever platform a team already knows.

03

Budget planning

Spend is allocated across channels and phased over the campaign, with a reserve held back for reallocation once early performance data is in.

04

KPIs — CPA, ROAS, CPL

A target cost-per-acquisition, return on ad spend, or cost-per-lead is agreed before launch, so performance is judged against a number set in advance, not one chosen afterward.
